Odebrecht participates in the launch of ICC Brazil’s latest Business Guide

On April 30, Odebrecht Engineering & Construction’s Integrity team attended the launch of the “Guide for Companies: Management of Risks Associated with Criminal Organizations,” an initiative by ICC Brazil in partnership with the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU).

Murilo Terra, Luisa Macedo, José Bezerra and Vanessa Galvez represented Odebrecht at the event, reinforcing the Company’s commitment to the continuous pursuit of best practices in compliance and governance.

Integrity team conducts training on workplace respect at CSC

On April 29, Gabriel Cabral attended InovaBra Habitat to deliver a training session for CSC (Shared Services Center) coordinators on the prevention of workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and discrimination.

The initiative addressed topics related to preventing harassment and discrimination, promoting respect in the workplace, and reinforcing available support and reporting channels.

During the session, the role of leadership in building a safe, respectful, and values-driven work environment was also highlighted.

Young Apprentices from the ViaSul Construction Consortium take part in a technical visit and expand their knowledge of logistics processes and the mining industry

Odebrecht delivers CIAMA building and Fuel Oil Supply System to the Brazilian Navy

The Brazilian Navy held this Wednesday (18) the ceremony for the handover of the Command Building of the Admiral Átilla Monteiro Aché Instruction and Training Center (CIAMA) and the Fuel Oil Supply System of the Madeira Island Submarine Base (BSIM), at the Itaguaí Naval Complex (RJ).

These deliveries represent another step forward in consolidating the support infrastructure for the Submarine Force and the Submarine Development Program (PROSUB), strengthening the Navy’s operational and logistical capabilities.

Odebrecht and INEFOP Cabinda sign Memorandum of Understanding

Odebrecht, through the New International Airport of Cabinda (NAIC) project, and the National Institute of Employment and Professional Training (INEFOP) of Cabinda, signed on February 23, 2026, a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at promoting youth access to the labor market by hiring graduates from the class of 2025. According to the signed Memorandum, the contract will last one year, and the young professionals will be remunerated, evaluated, and granted professional certification.

Barra do Dande Ocean Terminal carries out its first Gasoline loading

The Barra do Dande Ocean Terminal (TOBD) carried out its first gasoline loading operation on February 27, 2026.

This milestone marks the beginning of a new operational phase, in which TOBD will start supplying the domestic market—both by land (tank trucks) and by coastal shipping—with Gasoline and Diesel.

The operation reinforces TOBD’s role as a strategic infrastructure to ensure Angola’s energy supply, contributing to greater efficiency, logistical safety, and development of the sector.
