On November 25, the Learning area of Odebrecht Engineering & Construction’s HR department and PPP Saúde BH’s Project Manager, Igor Henrique Jorge Nunes, wrapped up the 2025 Intern Development Program with a fireside chat.
The Young Builder class, a global program by Odebrecht Engineering & Construction aimed at developing young leaders and specialists, was completed in October with an in-person module, closing a journey marked by a 100% approval rate.
On October 22 and 23, 2025, Gustavo Antunes, Compliance Officer at Odebrecht, and Gabriel Cabral, responsible for Culture, Communication, and Integrity Training, visited the Abreu e Lima Refinery (RNEST) as part of the actions of the Integridade na Linha initiative.

On October 29, 2025, Odebrecht’s headquarters in São Paulo hosted another edition of the traditional “Birthdays of the Month” gathering. In addition to the atmosphere of celebration and camaraderie, the occasion featured a special participation by Bruno Menezes Brasil, Director of Integrity and Audit at Group Novonor.
The bridge will connect the cities of Guaratuba and Matinhos, on the state's coast, 130 km from the capital Curitiba. It is the result of a R$ 386.9 million investment by the Government of Paraná, through the Department of Roads and Highways (DER/PR), an agency linked to the State Secretariat of Infrastructure and Logistics. The work is being carried out by the Nova Ponte Consortium, formed by Odebrecht Engineering & Construction, Carioca Engineering, and Goetze Lobato Engineering.
Barra do Dande Ocean Terminal will include the completion of the Refined Products Storage Park and the construction of a ship docking pier—facilities considered essential for expanding the country's capacity to import, export, and store petroleum derivatives.
The project results from a partnership between Gemcorp and Sonangol, through a joint venture in which Gemcorp holds 90% of the capital and Sonangol 10%. In its first phase, this modular refinery will process up to 30,000 barrels of crude oil per day, supplied by Sonangol, and will double its capacity to 60,000 barrels/day after the completion of the second phase, which is already underway.
The Abreu e Lima Refinery (RNEST), located in Pernambuco, is about to receive a strategic boost to its processing capacity with the construction of the Naphtha Hydrotreatment Unit (UHDT-N), also known as U-34. The project, led by Tenenge, the industrial engineering and construction company of Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção, marks a new phase in Petrobras’ infrastructure expansion in the Northeast.
In light of the ongoing interventions in the Ring Road and Campo Grande Road Connection projects, carried out by Odebrecht Engineering & Construction in the West Zone of Rio de January, the Environmental department is promoting the preservation of species through the transplantation of trees that would otherwise be removed to enable the construction of a viaduct. The trees were relocated to the front of the Ana Gonzaga Park Palace, adding value to public heritage and reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainability.
In reference to the month dedicated to suicide prevention awareness, Yellow September, Odebrecht Angola’s projects promoted various actions to highlight the importance of mental health in the workplace.
Under the theme “Self-care and mental health in the workplace”, delivered by guest speaker Dr. Sebastião André, Psychologist at the Provincial Health Office of Luanda, team members took part in an interactive and dynamic lecture, designed to both relax and focus on issues that may affect daily life, whether personal or professional.
