Integrity Program Stands Out at the INAC 2025 Awards

On June 16, Odebrecht Engineering & Construction took part in the INAC Integrity Award, organized by the INAC- Instituto Não Aceito Corrupção (I Don't Accept Corruption). The ceremony was held at the São Paulo Municipal Theater, aiming to promote awareness, engagement, and the dissemination of principles and practical solutions to strengthen the culture of integrity in Brazil.

ISO 37001 International Certification - Anti-Bribery Management System has been renewed

ISO 37001OEC has renewed its international certification under ISO 37001 – Anti-Bribery Management System, valid until April 2027 and granted by QMS Certification Services.

ISO 37001 was developed by an international committee of 120 experts from 36 countries over the course of three years (2013–2016). It reflects a global consensus on best practices in bribery prevention.

Rodoanel North Stretch

Implementation of the northern section of the Governador Mario Covas Ring Road, in the São Paulo Metropolitan Region. The services will cover a total length of 44 km. The scope of the project includes 18 km of four-lane highway, 26 km of three-lane highway, seven double tunnels, 107 Special Works of Art, including bridges and viaducts, four stops for special loads, four bays for dangerous goods, two bases for the User Assistance Service, two general inspection posts and two weighing scales.

New Odebrecht Engineering & Construction Brand

Created in 1944 as Construtora Norberto Odebrecht (CNO), the Novonor Group's main company is undergoing a new brand update, consolidating a cycle of transformation in its 80-year history. As of May 2, the company's visual identity will be renewed, following the company's recent approval of its financial restructuring plan. The acronym “OEC”, which until then had been central to the logo, will be replaced by the name ‘Odebrecht’, while retaining the descriptor “Engineering & Construction”, which indicates its segment of activity.

2nd edition of OEC and FNO volunteering closes with a transformative meeting in the Southern Bahia Lowlands

After four months of virtual mentoring, the VOCÊ volunteer program, promoted by the Norberto Odebrecht Foundation (FNO) and OEC, culminated in an exciting face-to-face meeting between volunteers and students from the Family Houses of the Southern Bahia Lowlands, FNO’s partner institutions in the implementation of its social program. The meeting, held on the 7th and 8th, marked the conclusion of the second edition of the program, which aims to share life and career experiences between members of the OEC and young people from the region. 

Leadership training in Angola

During the months of October and November, OEC Angola, in partnership with the BAI Academy, promoted leadership training with a focus on managing successful teams, as part of OEC’s leadership development, for the company’s coordinators and managers. The training was divided into two modules with a total workload of 32 hours and aimed to develop leadership and team management skills in line with the best management practices and the cultural principles of the OEC.
