Odebrecht, through the New International Airport of Cabinda (NAIC) project, and the National Institute of Employment and Professional Training (INEFOP) of Cabinda, signed on February 23, 2026, a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at promoting youth access to the labor market by hiring graduates from the class of 2025. According to the signed Memorandum, the contract will last one year, and the young professionals will be remunerated, evaluated, and granted professional certification.

“Our role goes beyond the works we execute, and this partnership is an example of our commitment to the training of young Angolans. With proper guidance, the experience will ensure that they have the necessary conditions to learn and grow in the work environment, while also contributing to their self‑development. It is an opportunity to enhance their theoretical knowledge through practical application,” said Isaac Gomes, Production Manager of the project.

Ten newly graduated INEFOP students will be eligible, from the courses of Culinary and Pastry, Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry, and Occupational Safety, Hygiene, and Health.
