The 47 young apprentices from the Industrial Logistics Process Operator program of the ViaSul Construction Consortium, formed by Odebrecht Engineering & Construction and Power China, took part this week in another technical visit, this time held in Soledade, the hometown of the program participants. The activity aimed to bridge theory and practice, expanding technical knowledge, strengthening local networking, and creating opportunities for professional development.

Odebrecht delivers CIAMA building and Fuel Oil Supply System to the Brazilian Navy

The Brazilian Navy held this Wednesday (18) the ceremony for the handover of the Command Building of the Admiral Átilla Monteiro Aché Instruction and Training Center (CIAMA) and the Fuel Oil Supply System of the Madeira Island Submarine Base (BSIM), at the Itaguaí Naval Complex (RJ).

These deliveries represent another step forward in consolidating the support infrastructure for the Submarine Force and the Submarine Development Program (PROSUB), strengthening the Navy’s operational and logistical capabilities.

According to the signed Memorandum, the contract will last one year, and the young professionals will be remunerated, evaluated, and granted professional certification.

Barra do Dande Ocean Terminal carries out its first Gasoline loading

The Barra do Dande Ocean Terminal (TOBD) carried out its first gasoline loading operation on February 27, 2026.

This milestone marks the beginning of a new operational phase, in which TOBD will start supplying the domestic market—both by land (tank trucks) and by coastal shipping—with Gasoline and Diesel.

The operation reinforces TOBD’s role as a strategic infrastructure to ensure Angola’s energy supply, contributing to greater efficiency, logistical safety, and development of the sector.

The company’s performance was in line with the sector as a whole, according to the latest edition of the Blue Book of Infrastructure, published by the Brazilian Association of Infrastructure and Basic Industries (ABDIB).
