Campaign reinforces the importance of the Ethics Line
During the months of January and February the Odebrecht Engineering & Construction’s (OEC) Compliance team releases the global campaign which aims to reinforce the importance of the Ethics Line, an anonymous grievance mechanism for reporting unethical behavior or misconduct that violates OEC’s internal Policies, Directives and/or the current legislation.


The construction company OEC and its subsidiaries has just had its global operations certified to ISO 37001, the global standard for anti-bribery systems management. The company and its subsidiaries (OECI, CNO, Tenenge, CBPO and Oenger) were audited nationally and internationally by QMS Certification Services. The certificate is valid for 3 years.
Odebrecht signed a leniency agreement with the Public Prosecution Service and the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Peru on Saturday, December 8.The agreement is the most important milestone of a far-reaching and thorough collaboration process with the country’s authorities, which began two years ago.
