Odebrecht Engineering & Construction launched the Respect Transforms project through an opening live with the presence of CEO Mauricio Cruz. The project is an initiative aimed at developing the values present in Our Culture, as well as reinforcing our commitment to adopting practices to prevent and combat any situations of discrimination, intolerance and disrespect in our work environment, whether related to ethnicity/race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, social origin or any other characteristic.
Our Commitment to acting Ethically, with Integrity and Transparency
Odebrecht Engineering & Construction has gone through a transformation. In 2016, the company undertook a commitment to improve its governance, starting a new era in which business actions fully meet the highest international standards of management and transparency.
The company has changed its internal processes and procedures, established new policies and evolved its Integrity Program. Tasks that are indispensable in this new transparency era, that society demands and which demonstrates the entrepreneurial maturity that the Odebrecht has gone through.

Ethos Institute: Signatory of the Business Pact for Integrity and against corruption, an initiative of the Ethos Institute.
SINICON: National Union of Heavy Construction Industry – Member of the Ethics Committee.
IBRIC: Institute of Self-Regulation for Infrastructure.

Sponsorship and Charitable contributions toward cultural, social or environmental development and the like, offered to philanthropic or community entities, are permitted, as long as they observed Odebrecht Engineering & Construction guidelines and any applicable laws and regulations, and they are not used as a way of improperly influencing business decisions.
