Odebrecht’s Internal Audit department held the first edition of AuditNext – Brazilian Internal Audit Meeting on May 28 at the FECAP Theater in São Paulo. The event brought together 388 participants, filling the venue provided by the educational institution, and took place as part of a series of actions implemented during May, which is considered the International Internal Audit Month by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). The institute promotes IIAMay, an initiative with which the construction company and Novonor have been engaged since 2022.

On Tuesday, August 27, 2025, Odebrecht participated in the “Compliance and Investigations” seminar organized by IBRAC (Brazilian Institute for the Study of Competition, Consumer Affairs and International Trade) in São Paulo. The event brought together experts from the public and private sectors to discuss key challenges and emerging trends in integrity, corporate investigations, and regulatory compliance.

On August 19,  Novonor Group held the first edition of its Annual Integrity Training for Senior Leadership, with a special focus on Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, and Corporate Security. The in-person session brought together senior leaders from companies across the Novonor Group, including Odebrecht, Nova Infra Invest, and OR.

On June 10, 11, and 12, 2025, the 12th International Compliance Congress took place in São Paulo, organized by LEC (Legal, Ethics & Compliance).

Odebrecht Engineering & Construction was recognized during the Compliance Congress organized by PetroShore, a benchmark event in corporate integrity held in Luanda on May 27 and 28, 2025.

On June 16, Odebrecht Engineering & Construction took part in the INAC Integrity Award, organized by the INAC- Instituto Não Aceito Corrupção (I Don't Accept Corruption). The ceremony was held at the São Paulo Municipal Theater, aiming to promote awareness, engagement, and the dissemination of principles and practical solutions to strengthen the culture of integrity in Brazil.

Odebrecht Engineering & Construction and Novonor have once again been recognized with the IIA May Seal, awarded by the Institute of Internal Auditors of Brazil (IIA Brazil). This marks the fourth consecutive year that Odebrecht has received the seal and the second consecutive year for Novonor.

OEC has renewed its international certification under ISO 37001 – Anti-Bribery Management System, valid until April 2027 and granted by QMS Certification Services.

ISO 37001 was developed by an international committee of 120 experts from 36 countries over the course of three years (2013–2016). It reflects a global consensus on best practices in bribery prevention.

In July, OEC, together with Itaguaí Construções Navais (ICN) and the Submarine Development Project (Prosub), held training sessions on Integrity and Ethics at work. Priscilla Wornicow and Gabriel Cabral, from the Integrity area, led the process by holding conversation circles and presentations on the “Respect Transforms” program.

OEC now has a team of 45 Integrity representatives at the DS Brazil and DS Africa sites, who will join forces in the area's training and communication initiatives. All of them have been nominated and have shown interest in participating in the program.
