Construction of 40 health units in the city of Belo Horizonte with structures in Light Steel Frame, totaling 40,000 m² of built area.
Urban Colón Redevelopment
Renovation of the city's main development taxes, including: the modernization of the road system, reconstruction of the asphalt sidewalk, reconstruction of sidewalks, construction of leisure and tourist attraction areas, and landscaping works. Housing Project: the housing complex includes 5,380 social interest housing units, arranged in five-pavement buildings. Construction of parks, bike paths, leisure areas for children and adults, cultural centers, soccer fields with synthetic grass, playgrounds.
FTX Arena
Sports, culture and leisure complex in central Miami. The arena, with capacity for 20 thousand spectators, houses in its court basketball games and other sports, circus spectacles, musical shows and even ice skating. The central floor is 60 m long and 27 m wide.
Rio de Janeiro State University Campus – UERJ
Foundations and structures in apparent concrete for 20 buildings with 12 floors each, interconnected by ramps with spans of 15 m and walkways of 15 to 24 m. At the time, the work was considered the largest apparent concrete structure in Latin America. The total built area is 120 thousand m².
