Tenenge starts the Improvement and Productivity Program

Tenenge started the Improvement and Productivity Program aimed at a better work performance. 

Under the advice of Professor Carlos Caldas, member of the CII (Construction Industry Institute), data collection and field observations are carried out with the purpose of evaluating the efficiency of the use of time by direct labor teams.

First phase of the program aimed at to identify the barriers preventing possible advance in productivity and, subsequently, to put into practice the necessary actions for production to be more effective.

Tenenge starts construction of Gas Terminal in Santa Catarina

Tenenge, the industrial engineering branch of OEC, started the construction of a gas terminal for New Fortress Energy (NFE) in Babitonga Bay, in Santa Catarina. The project, called Terminal Gás Sul (Southern Gas Terminal) (TGS), comprises an Ocean Terminal and more than 32 kilometers of on and offshore pipelines that will be completed by June 2022, with an investment of BRL 383 million. The agreement covers detailed engineering, supply of equipment, goods, materials, civil construction, electromechanical assembly, commissioning, and start-up of the plant.

Among the 111 companies that received the Gold Seal, OECwas the only one in the heavy construction sector, reinforcing its commitment to climate and sustainability guidelines.
