OEC launches inclusive signage on its construction sites
OEC recently launched a new safety sign on construction sites, updating a classic model to a version that better represents the diversity of the company.
Now, instead of "Men Working", we will have "People Working" signs on our construction sites, ensuring that everyone feels represented.
Last Saturday (5/3), Mayor Eduardo Paes visited the works on the Deodoro Terminal, one of the three stations that will make up the BRT Transbrasil, the most extensive work in progress in the State, which construction consortium is led by OEC.
The Vacation Internship Program of OEC, held in Brazil, started this year with a new air. After the campaign ran that positions OEC as a company that values differences and seeks young talents belonging to minority groups, the team selected from the 7,368 applications was mostly female.
