SÃO PAULO, October 6, 2020 - Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção S.A. (“OEC” and, together with certain of its subsidiaries the “Company”) announced today that, pursuant and subject to the provisions of the Extrajudicial Reorganization Plan filed on August 19, 2020 (the “Plan”), it has reached an agreement with the Creditor Representative on the forms of the New Notes Indentures and the Holdco Instrument Agreement (the “Agreements”).
