On Tuesday, August 27, 2025, Odebrecht participated in the “Compliance and Investigations” seminar organized by IBRAC (Brazilian Institute for the Study of Competition, Consumer Affairs and International Trade) in São Paulo. The event brought together experts from the public and private sectors to discuss key challenges and emerging trends in integrity, corporate investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Bruno Menezes Brasil, Director of Integrity and Audit at the Novonor Group, was one of the featured speakers on Panel 4 – “Integrity Programs in Federal Procurement: Decree 12.304/2024 and Related Regulatory Developments.”

The panel also included representatives from the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU) and legal experts, who examined the impacts of the new decree on public contracting and discussed strategies to strengthen integrity in the relationship between companies and government.
