On October 29, 2025, Odebrecht’s headquarters in São Paulo hosted another edition of the traditional “Birthdays of the Month” gathering. In addition to the atmosphere of celebration and camaraderie, the occasion featured a special participation by Bruno Menezes Brasil, Director of Integrity and Audit at Group Novonor.

During the event, Bruno took the opportunity to speak with attendees about topics related to Integrity, such as Integridade na Linha, an initiative aimed at strengthening the connection between the Integrity area and the construction sites, and the Ethics Line Channel, the company’s official whistleblowing channel.
