On October 22 and 23, 2025, Gustavo Antunes, Compliance Officer at Odebrecht, and Gabriel Cabral, responsible for Culture, Communication, and Integrity Training, visited the Abreu e Lima Refinery (RNEST) as part of the actions of the Integridade na Linha initiative.

The initiative aims to strengthen the relationship of trust and proximity between the Integrity area and small businesses, and it is structured around four pillars aligned with our Values:

1.    Engagement with the Projects
2.    Co-creation & Active Listening
3.    Integrity in PA Practice
4.    Continuous Improvement of the Program

During the visit, Gustavo and Gabriel conducted trainings, Daily Safety Dialogues (DDSs), and held several conversations with the site’s Leadership team, as well as strengthened relationships with the local Integrity Multipliers.
