The Cantareira Consortium, responsible for the construction of the Northern Section of the Rodoanel in São Paulo, distributes pocket editions of the Code of Conduct to its employees and newly hired professionals. This ongoing initiative aims to bring team members closer to the ethical, integrity-driven, and transparent conduct that guides all levels of the business.

With the pocket edition, everyone has quick and easy access to the company’s values and commitments, especially in environments where the use of mobile phones is restricted or not permitted.

“The pocket edition has made it easier for me to read the Code of Conduct in different work environments, and it also allows me to quickly check any questions I may have, since in some areas of the project there is no mobile network signal to access the online document,” says Allan Benício, Technical Assistant at the Cantareira Consortium.
