On September 10, the client and the UHN Consortium teams participated in the official presentation of UHNINTEGRA, a digital ecosystem internally customized by the Planning team with the objective of integrating strategic project information and making data access simpler, faster, and more efficient.
The initiative emerged from the need to consolidate, within a single environment, information that is currently distributed across different systems, spreadsheets, and databases. The proposal is to provide professionals from the Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Commissioning, and Management areas with an intuitive, visual, and accessible platform for consulting and analyzing essential information required for project execution.
More than just a technological tool, UHNINTEGRA serves as a bridge between the official management systems and the users who rely on this information in their daily activities. Through dashboards, performance indicators, and query tools, the platform offers a more integrated view of the project and is accessible from both computers and mobile devices.
During the presentation, participants had the opportunity to learn about the system’s functionalities and the solutions that make up the digital ecosystem developed by UHN. Among them is UHNTAG, a tool that uses TAGs and QR Codes to connect physical project assets to their digital information. With just a few clicks, users can access data related to equipment and components directly in the field, reducing the time spent searching for information and making consultations more objective.
The ecosystem also includes UHNSUP, a solution designed for the Supply Chain area that organizes information related to materials and equipment, strengthening integration among the teams responsible for planning, procurement, and activity execution.
Another key tool is UHN3D, which transforms the project's digital model into a consultation platform integrated with project data. The evolution of this concept into UHN4D adds the time dimension, enabling the digital model to be linked to planning schedules, physical progress, and construction stages, providing a more comprehensive view of project development.
According to Ailton Araújo, Planning Manager, UHNINTEGRA represents a significant advancement in project information management. “UHNINTEGRA was developed to bring people closer to the information they truly need to perform their activities. Our goal is to transform dispersed data into accessible, organized, and reliable information, enabling more integrated management and faster decision-making. Its greatest differentiator lies precisely in the connection among the different project areas, creating a single environment for project monitoring and information access,” he highlights.
André Ribeiro, a member of the Planning and Interface team who was directly involved in customizing the platform, emphasizes that the tool was developed based on the project's real needs. “From the outset, we sought to create a simple, intuitive solution aligned with the reality of both field and office teams. UHNINTEGRA was built to connect information that was previously scattered across different systems and databases, facilitating data access and promoting greater integration among areas. More than a technology platform, it is a management support tool designed to streamline processes and contribute to more effective decision-making,” he states.
The system’s main differentiator lies in the integration of its solutions. Together, UHNINTEGRA, UHNTAG, UHNSUP, and UHN3D form an ecosystem that connects management information, planning, supply chain, field activities, and digital models within a unified operational framework, strengthening integrated management and improving project operational efficiency.
The initiative was created to centralize information that is currently distributed across different systems, spreadsheets, and databases into a single environment.
