On April 29, Gabriel Cabral attended InovaBra Habitat to deliver a training session for CSC (Shared Services Center) coordinators on the prevention of workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and discrimination.

The initiative addressed topics related to preventing harassment and discrimination, promoting respect in the workplace, and reinforcing available support and reporting channels.

During the session, the role of leadership in building a safe, respectful, and values-driven work environment was also highlighted.

The training encouraged open dialogue with participants and reinforced the Company’s commitment to an ethical, inclusive, and responsible workplace.
