On December 11 and 12, 2025, the Integrity and Audit teams held their Annual Strategic Planning sessions, with the aim of aligning priorities, strengthening joint efforts, and defining strategic initiatives for the next cycle.

The planning process was conducted based on the SPCanvas methodology. The methodology is recognized for its visual and practical approach, integrating classical management concepts into an execution-oriented logic.

By the end of the second day, the teams had consolidated several strategic projects and initiatives to be developed throughout 2026, reinforcing their commitment to the continuous improvement of governance, integrity, and audit practices.
