On August 19,  Novonor Group held the first edition of its Annual Integrity Training for Senior Leadership, with a special focus on Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, and Corporate Security. The in-person session brought together senior leaders from companies across the Novonor Group, including Odebrecht, Nova Infra Invest, and OR.

The opening session was led by Bruno Menezes Brasil, Director of Integrity and Audit at Novonor Group, who presented a series of case studies highlighting the Group’s ongoing commitment to preventing corruption and addressing practices that undermine fair competition. Following this, an invited external consultant shared insights on emerging risks, trends, and best practices in corporate intelligence and counterintelligence. The session concluded with an open discussion and Q&A.

The initiative reaffirms Novonor Group’s dedication to continuously strengthening a culture rooted in Governance, Integrity, and Corporate Security.
