On June 16, Odebrecht Engineering & Construction took part in the INAC Integrity Award, organized by the INAC- Instituto Não Aceito Corrupção (I Don't Accept Corruption). The ceremony was held at the São Paulo Municipal Theater, aiming to promote awareness, engagement, and the dissemination of principles and practical solutions to strengthen the culture of integrity in Brazil.

The Canal Comportamental (Behavioral Channel) project, submitted by the Integrity team and represented by Gustavo Antunes and Gabriel Cabral during the event, was ranked among the top 10 in the Good Governance Practices category, which received over 200 entries.

Linha de ÉticaThe case presented the 2024 redesign of the Linha de Ética (Ethics Line Channel), based on behavioral sciences and storytelling-based training. With the new format, the channel saw a 72% increase in identified reports and a 61% drop in cases archived due to lack of information.

According to Bruno Brasil, Head of Integrity and Internal Audit at Odebrecht and Novonor, “participating at the INAC Award is an opportunity for visibility and technical validation of our practices. Being among the ten most relevant projects in the country reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement and transparency.”

In addition to Good Governance Practices, the initiative includes other categories, such as: Academia, Technology & Innovation, Investigative Journalism, Local Communicators, Professional Experience, and Integrity in Sports.
