OEC has renewed its international certification under ISO 37001 – Anti-Bribery Management System, valid until April 2027 and granted by QMS Certification Services.
ISO 37001 was developed by an international committee of 120 experts from 36 countries over the course of three years (2013–2016). It reflects a global consensus on best practices in bribery prevention.
According to the certifier’s report, OECt’s Integrity Program is in compliance with the highest international standards. The certified scope includes activities related to management, design, procurement, civil construction, assembly, commissioning, start-up, technical support, and maintenance of works — including industrial, energy, infrastructure, oil and gas, mining, sanitation, transportation, port, airport, BRT systems, and building projects, including hospitals.
The certification covers several companies within the group with operations both in Brazil and abroad: Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção S.A., OEC PAR S.A., OECI S.A., Tenenge Engenharia Ltda, Bento Pedroso Construções S.A., OEC S.A., CNO S.A., and CBPO Engenharia Ltda.
This certification renewal reinforces OEC’s commitment to ethical and transparent business practices and to the consolidation of a culture of integrity across all its operations, in Brazil and internationally.
